Named UK certificates
39 types: 18 gas including the Landlord/Homeowner Gas Safety Record, 20 electrical including EIC, EICR, minor works, emergency lighting, fire detection and alarm and the full PAT family, plus hot water and a custom builder. The validation engine
67 rules across Gas Safe procedure and BS 7671 that block an invalid certificate before it's issued — a GC number contradicting the manufacturer, an unsafe appliance with no Danger Do Not Use notice, an EICR marked unsatisfactory with no C1, C2 or FI, measured Zs above the maximum, CPC below Table 54.7. Each issue says what's wrong, why, and how to fix it. Not advertised on their site.
AI on the certificate, not around it
Appliance details read from a photo of the data plate with per-field confidence and a refusal to guess serial numbers, flue readings read from the analyser, spoken job reports turned into structured written ones, GC number and fault-code lookup. Their agents work across the business; ours works inside the document you sign.
Everything on every plan, nothing to sign
Every feature from the first £19 seat, no contract and no minimum term, no onboarding fee and free migration help. You can work out what OnPoint costs your firm tonight without speaking to anyone.
Getting paid, and UK tax handling
Payment plans and instalments with saved cards, late-payment interest on configurable terms, a bank feed with automatic matching, and CIS deductions with the VAT domestic reverse charge on quotes and invoices. Not advertised on their site.
Self-service booking, and evidence when it's disputed
A public booking page with bookable services, slot holds, a standby list and a gap filler. And on subcontracting — where BigChange has a collaboration network — OnPoint adds a hashed, frozen dispute evidence pack both sides can download, alongside job offers, a subcontractor portal and payout tracking.
Fully offline, and multi-organisation
A real sync queue for the whole job — jobs, certificates, photos and signatures — with validation running on the device. And several businesses run from one login, which isn't advertised on their site.

BigChange doesn't publish pricing, so their column stays empty. Third-party sites quote figures; we won't repeat or estimate them.

BigChange. Vehicle tracking and telematics are their heritage and go well beyond OnPoint's fleet register with DVLA lookup and live engineer location. If managing vehicles is a daily job in your business, that's the deciding fact.
02How much does BigChange cost?
They don't publish it — you request pricing or book a demo. We won't estimate a figure or repeat one from a third-party site. OnPoint is £19 for the first seat and £9 for each additional seat, published, with no onboarding fee.
03Can I try either without talking to sales?
