Kitchen and bathroom fitter software that tells the customer who's coming, and what's done.
A fit means a week or two in someone's home, with trades coming and going. Book every day with who's on it, show the customer what's done each evening, then snag it, sign it off and take the balance at the handover. All from your phone.

Answer her questions on the quote
Send the quote by email or text and you'll see when Rachel opens it. She asks her questions on the quote itself, you answer from your phone, and it stays open while you talk. Offer options if she's torn, like oak or quartz worktops, with extras she can tick, and the total follows what she picks. When she's happy she accepts it and pays the deposit from the same link, by card or Pay by Bank.

Book every day, with who's on it
Book each stage with the people doing it. A stage over several days is booked once and lands on each working day. If someone's already booked, you're told before you save: Sam is on a bathroom that Wednesday, so the units are Tom and Kyle. Rachel gets a text with the days, the times and who's coming, and a link that lists every visit. She can add each one to her calendar, and if you switch on day-before reminders, she's told who's coming the day before each visit.

Text to Rachel, 22 OctHello Rachel, you have an appointment with Hartley Kitchens from Wednesday 4 November to Thursday 5 November, 08:00 to 17:00 each day, the people attending are Tom Hartley and Kyle Mason. View more details: linkTue 3 NovDay 2 of 10
Send first fix to your subbies
Send the plumbing and the electrics to your subcontractors by email, with the day and the price. They don't need OnPoint: they accept from the link, and their report and photos come back to you. When you pay them, OnPoint takes CIS off the labour, shows what to pay and puts it on the month's CIS return figures. You file the return with HMRC. Once they accept, their visit shows on Rachel's link too, marked Subcontractor, with the day and time and none of the prices.

Sam is tiling today, and Rachel has never met him. When he sets off he taps on my way, and she gets a text with a link to follow him on the map, with how far away he is. It stops sharing when he gets there, or after four hours.

Snag it on your own sheet, on your phone
Take a photo of the snagging and handover sheet you use now, and OnPoint builds it as a form: your list, yes or no checks, photos and a signature box. Walk round with Rachel and tap Add row for each snag you find. Put them right, and she signs it on your phone, or you send it for her to sign from a link.

Mark the job complete and Rachel gets one email with the last report, the signed handover sheet and the invoice. We're new. That works in your favour.
OnPoint is a young company, but real money already moves through it: the figure on the tiles is live. Being small means three things for you.
You talk to the people who build it.
Ring or email and you get the team that makes OnPoint, not a call centre.
It gets better every week.
OnPoint is updated every week. Tell us what still lives on paper in your van and it goes on the list.
Founding price, locked for life.
Start now and your first seat stays at £19 a month for as long as you're with us. Each extra fitter is £9.
“We were running the business off WhatsApp threads and a notebook. OnPoint pulled everything into one place. The customer portal alone has cut my admin in half. I'm not retyping addresses or chasing photos anymore.”
“Engineers used to come back at 5pm with stacks of paper job sheets. Now everything's signed on the phone before they leave the customer. Invoices go out the same day. The cash flow shift was instant.”
Five o'clock. Show her what's done.
Take photos as you go, and each keeps the time it was taken. Before you pack up, talk through the day for a minute. OnPoint writes it up as a visit report and picks out the parts. Tick Share with customer and Rachel gets a text with a link to it.
You can change the words, mark up a photo or tag it Before or After before you share it. Nothing reaches the customer until you tick the box.
Base units in
Visit reportBase units in and levelled along the back wall. Sink base cut round the new feeds and waste, under the window like you asked. Worktops are templated for Friday.

OnPoint is also built for plumbers, electricians and building contractors.
What is OnPoint?
OnPoint is job management software for UK kitchen fitters, bathroom fitters and fitting firms. It covers quotes with deposits and options, the diary with who's on each day, a link that shows your customer every visit, photos and visit reports, subcontractors with CIS, your own snagging and handover sheets, invoices, card payments and review requests, in one app for iPhone, Android and the web.
How does my customer know who's coming each day?
Book each day in the diary with the people doing it. When you book, your customer can get a text with the days, the times and who's coming, and a link that lists every visit, your subcontractors' visits included. They can add each visit to their calendar. Switch on day-before reminders and they're told who's coming the day before, and when you set off they get a text to follow you on the map.
Can they see what's been done each day?
Yes. Take photos as you go and talk through the day. OnPoint writes it up as a visit report with the parts picked out. Mark up a photo to point something out, and tag photos Before and After. Tick Share with customer and they see the report and the photos from their link, with no app or login.
Can I give the customer a choice of worktops?
Yes. Switch on Offer options on the quote and price two to four versions of the fit, Good, Better and Best by default or named your own way, like laminate, oak and quartz, with one marked Recommended. Add optional extras they can tick, like an upstand or a boiling water tap. They pick from their link and the total, and a percentage deposit, change as they choose. Only the option they accept goes on the invoice.
Can I send first fix to my plumber and electrician?
Yes. Send each of them the job by email, with the day and the price. They don't need OnPoint: they accept from a link and send their report and photos back the same way, and your customer sees their visits on their own link. When you pay them, split the labour from the materials and OnPoint shows the CIS to hold back and what to pay. Each tax month it lists those payments, ready to enter on HMRC's return, with a payment and deduction statement for each subcontractor. It doesn't file the return or verify them with HMRC, so you still do that.
Do I need to be Gas Safe registered or an electrician?
No. Nothing on this page needs a registration. If you're Gas Safe registered as well, adding your number unlocks the gas certificates, and if you're an electrician you can switch on the electrical certificates in your settings.
Can I take a deposit when they accept the quote?
Yes. Set a deposit on the quote, as an amount or a percentage. With Stripe connected, your customer pays it by card or Pay by Bank from the quote link. That accepts the quote and turns it into an invoice with the deposit already on it, so the balance is ready for the handover. On a bigger fit, schedule the balance by stage instead, like units in, worktops on and handover, and mark each one done to ask for it.
Can I use my own snagging list and handover sheet?
Yes. Take a photo of the paper sheet you use now and OnPoint builds it as a form you fill in on your phone, with your list, yes or no checks, photos and a signature box. Add a row on site for any snag it doesn't list. Your customer signs it on your phone, or you send it to them to sign from a link by email or text. You can also build one from scratch.
Does OnPoint design kitchens or order the units?
It doesn't design kitchens, so keep your design software. It can order in the plain way: raise a purchase order and email it to your supplier as a PDF, then record their bill against the job when it arrives. It doesn't connect to suppliers' own systems. OnPoint runs the job around them: the quote, the days, the subbies, the reports, the sign-off and the money.
Does it work with no signal?
Yes, for the work on site. Jobs, notes, photos, your own forms and clock-ins save on your phone and send when you're back in signal. Quotes and invoices need a connection.
How much does it cost?
£19 a month for one person, plus £9 a month for each extra person. Or pay yearly: £190 a year for you and £90 for each extra person, which is 2 months free. Every feature is on that one plan. You get 14 days free with no card needed, and you can cancel any time.
I do extensions and building work too. Does it cover that?
Yes. It's the same app at the same price, and it handles bigger jobs over more weeks just as well.
Every fit has a programme. Here's ours.
£19 a month for you, and £9 a month for each fitter you add. No tiers and no add-ons, so a one-van fitter and a firm with three crews get the same app.
14 days free, no card needed. Cancel any time.
