Invoices that get paid.
Send it from the job with a link to pay by card or bank. The money goes to your own Stripe account and OnPoint takes nothing from it. Once it's paid, the invoice marks itself paid and, if you use Xero, goes across to it.

What is OnPoint?
OnPoint is job management software for UK trade businesses. It runs quotes, the diary, the work on site, certificates, invoices and payments in one app on iPhone, Android and the web, for £19 a month and £9 for each person you add.
Who is it for?
Trade businesses of any size, from one person with a van to a team with an office. Gas and heating engineers, plumbers, electricians, fire safety, renewables, air conditioning, builders, roofers, property maintenance and more.
What does it cost?
£19 a month for you and £9 a month for each person you add, with every feature and no contract. There's no VAT on top because OnPoint isn't VAT registered. You get 14 days free first, with no card needed. Or pay yearly: £190 a year for you and £90 for each extra person, which is 2 months free.
Does it work without signal?
Yes, for the work on site. Jobs, photos, forms, certificates and clocking in all work with no signal and go up when you're back in coverage. Quotes and invoices need a connection.
Which certificates does it do?
62 UK certificate types: 18 gas, 17 electrical, 12 fire and emergency lighting, 5 oil, and 10 for heating, hot water and other trades like heat pumps, F-Gas and solid fuel. You see the ones your registrations cover. For anything else there's a form builder with ready-made templates.
Do my customers need an app?
No. They get a link by email or text and see their quotes, invoices, certificates and bookings there, with no login. They can accept, pay, sign and ask questions from it.
Can my customers pay by card?
Yes, by card or Pay by Bank, through your own Stripe account. The money goes straight to you. OnPoint takes nothing from it, and only Stripe's own fee applies.
Does it work with Xero?
Yes. Customers, invoices and payments go across to Xero. QuickBooks and Sage aren't available yet.
Does it handle CIS and the reverse charge?
Yes. CIS deductions and the VAT domestic reverse charge are worked out on your invoices, CIS comes off what you pay subcontractors, and OnPoint works out your monthly CIS return for you to file with HMRC.
Can you move my customers over?
Yes. Import your customer list from a spreadsheet yourself, or send it to us and we'll import it for you, free.
Does it sync with my calendar?
Your diary can be added to the calendar you already use as a one-way feed. Changes made in that calendar don't come back into OnPoint.
