Can I do landlord gas safety records (CP12) on it?
Yes. The Landlord/Homeowner Gas Safety Record is built in, with the appliances, combustion analyser readings, CO and smoke alarms and the safety inspection outcomes. The next inspection date fills in twelve months on, and the record is checked as you go.

Do I need a Gas Safe number?
Yes, for the gas forms. Switch on Gas Safe registered in your settings and add your number, and they unlock straight away, on your free trial too. The number prints on every record. We check it, and if it doesn't check out the gas forms lock again.
What does it check on a gas record?
It reads the whole record: a failed flue or safety device check on an appliance marked safe to use, a failed tightness test with every appliance passed, a CO alarm that has expired or will before the next inspection, a let property with no CO alarm recorded, combustion readings no analyser can produce, a GC number that doesn't match the make, and a next inspection date more than twelve months away. It says why each one matters and how to fix it. It never changes what you wrote and never stops you issuing.
Can the landlord sign without me there?
Yes, on every gas form. Send the record by email or text and the landlord, agent or tenant signs it from their link. Their signature is added to the record and nothing else changes. Or have whoever is at the property sign on your phone.
Will it remind landlords when the next check is due?
Yes. 30 days before the next inspection date, OnPoint emails the customer, and Renewals lists every property coming up. Switch on renewal texts and they get a text to their mobile the same morning, which stops once the renewal is booked in. You can change how far ahead, or switch it off for a single record. If you've set up online booking, they can pick a time straight from the email or the text.
Does it work with no signal?
Yes. Records, photos and signatures save on your phone and send when you're back in signal. The plate scan still works too, reading on the phone less accurately, and it tells you so. Quotes and invoices need a connection.
How much does it cost?
