No. You can start your 14-day trial with just an email address. We only ask for payment details when you choose to continue after the trial ends.
You pay per person who needs a login. Your first seat is £19/month and every additional seat is £9/month. Add or remove seats whenever your team changes — billing adjusts on your next monthly cycle.
Founding members lock in today’s rate for life. As we ship new features and our standard pricing rises, yours stays exactly where it started — for as long as you keep your subscription.
Yes. OnPoint is multi-organisation by design. Run several trade businesses from one login, each with its own customers, certificates, branding and team — and switch between them in a click.
Anytime. There’s no contract and no minimum term. Cancel from your account settings and you won’t be billed again — you keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with role-based access so staff only see what they should. You can even hide pricing from selected team members and control permissions per role.
It’s yours. Before you leave you can export your customers, certificates, invoices and documents. We keep the account for a short grace period in case you return, then remove it on request.
Founding member pricing is already our lowest rate, billed simply month-to-month with no lock-in. If annual billing would suit your business better, mention it when you book a demo and we’ll talk through the options.
