01What happens during the 14-day free trial?
You get the whole product for 14 days — all 39 certificate types, the AI, the offline apps, payments, the customer portal, everything. Nothing is held back and nothing is limited by trial tier. Bring a real job through it, quote to invoice, and see whether it holds up. If you carry on, your data stays exactly as you left it.
02Do I need a credit card to start?
No. You start the trial with an email address. No card details are taken and nothing bills automatically at the end of the 14 days.
03How does seat pricing work?
£19 per month for the first seat and £9 per month for every seat after it — so three seats is £37, five seats is £55, ten seats is £100 and thirty-three seats is £307. Every seat has the same feature set. OnPoint is not VAT registered, so those are the totals you pay.
04What is founding member pricing?
If you join now, the rate you join on — £19 for the first seat and £9 for each additional seat — is locked for the life of your account, including on seats you add later. If list pricing rises for new customers, yours doesn't.
05Can I run multiple businesses on one account?
Yes. OnPoint is multi-organisation: you can run several businesses from one login, each with its own customers, documents, branding and certificates, and switch between them without signing out.
06Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Pricing is monthly per seat with no minimum term and no contract, so you can cancel whenever you like. There are no setup fees and no exit fees.
07Is VAT added to the price?
No. OnPoint is not VAT registered, so the price you see is the price you pay. £19 for one seat is £19, and £55 for five seats is £55.
08Do you offer annual billing?
Billing is monthly only — there is no annual plan and no annual discount. If annual billing matters for your accounting, raise it at a demo and we'll talk it through.
09What happens to my data if I cancel?
It's yours. Full data export is included on every plan, so you can take your customers, documents and certificates with you before you close the account.
10Is my data secure?
Your data is encrypted and access is controlled by role. You can build custom roles with granular permissions, preview exactly what a role can see, and hide pricing from selected staff.
