When is OnPoint not the right choice?
When you need every van tracked live, planned maintenance contracts with SLAs, bookkeeping or tax returns in the same app, QuickBooks or Sage, merchant invoices that come in by themselves, a card reader, Bluetooth analysers or a boiler manual library, two-way texting, or support around the clock. Each comparison page names the software that does it better.
What's included in the £19?
Every feature. There are no tiers and no add-ons, so the certificates, the diary, invoices and payments, the customer portal, reminders, roles and permissions and the rest are all on the one plan. Each person you add is £9 a month and gets the whole app.
Why is there no VAT on OnPoint's price?
OnPoint isn't VAT registered, so £19 is the whole price. Most other companies show their prices before VAT, which a VAT-registered business can reclaim.
Is there a contract?
No. OnPoint is month to month, with no notice period and no exit fee. Or pay yearly: £190 a year for you and £90 for each extra person, which is 2 months free.
Is OnPoint a new company?

Can you move my data from my current software?
Yes, free. Send us an export from your old software, customer lists or old certificates and we'll import them for you. Or import a customer list from a CSV file yourself.
Does OnPoint have live GPS tracking?
No. The team map shows where each engineer was last seen, when they set off to a job or finished one, and nothing in between. A customer can follow their engineer only while they're on the way.
